Since this product did not have any drawings, I took the actual item back with me and proceeded to create it based on measurements. I processed the angle with an R shape to match the diameter of the tire, and lightly applied R processing to the expanded metal as well, welding it to ensure a good fit. The joint between the angle and the pipe was challenging, but I was able to manufacture it with almost no changes in dimensions from the actual item.
